Terms of Use
The terms on which you use PipePort, what we are responsible for and what you are.
About the service
PipePort is a family of integrations and workflow tools for Pipedrive. The first available product is PipePort Chat, which connects your company’s Telegram bot to Pipedrive and lets you handle customer conversations from the CRM.
These terms govern your use of the pipeport.pro website and of the PipePort products.
Accepting these terms
By installing the app or using the service you accept these terms. If you do so on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
If you do not agree with the terms, do not install the app; if it is already installed, uninstall it.
Access and your account
- Access is granted through the Pipedrive Marketplace: you install the app and grant it permissions in your Pipedrive account.
- You are responsible for keeping your Pipedrive account credentials and your Telegram bot token safe.
- You are responsible for the actions of the users you give access to in your account.
Trial and payment
PipePort Chat is free for 14 days. After the trial, use continues on the paid PipePort Chat plan.
The plan applies to the connected Telegram bot, not to the number of Pipedrive users. What the plan includes is described on the product page.
If payment is not received, access may be suspended. Data is not deleted immediately in that case; retention periods are set out in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
When using the service, you agree not to:
- send spam, bulk mailings, or messages to people who have not agreed to be contacted;
- break Telegram’s or Pipedrive’s rules, including the terms of their APIs;
- use the service for unlawful activity or to mislead your customers;
- attempt to bypass technical limits, reverse engineer the service, or build derivative products from it;
- deliberately generate load that degrades the service for others.
You remain responsible for the lawfulness of processing your customers’ personal data and for obtaining any consent required from them.
Telegram and Pipedrive limits
Some product limits come not from us but from the platforms it works with:
- the bot cannot message a customer first, so the customer must start the conversation; this is a Telegram Bot API limit;
- private 1:1 conversations are supported; group chats are not;
- file size and message rate limits are set by Telegram;
- the data the app can reach is defined by the Pipedrive permissions you granted.
Third-party services
The service runs on top of Pipedrive and Telegram. We do not control those platforms: their terms, pricing and technical limits can change, and such changes can affect how PipePort works.
Pipedrive and Telegram are trademarks of their respective owners. PipePort is not affiliated with either company.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service running without interruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance, outages on third-party platforms and unforeseen failures are possible.
We give advance notice by email to the account address for maintenance that will noticeably affect your work.
Intellectual property
The PipePort software, design, name and logo belong to us. Installing the app grants you the right to use the service; it does not transfer any rights in it.
Your data, including contacts, deals and conversations, remains yours. We claim no rights to it and do not use it outside providing the service.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or loss of data or customers caused by service interruptions or by failures of third-party platforms.
Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service over the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app from the Pipedrive Marketplace.
We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if payment is not received, or if the law requires it. Where possible we give notice first.
After termination, data is deleted within the periods described in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page; we will email the account address about material changes. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be settled through negotiation are heard at PipePort’s place of registration.
